2021-2022 Historic Wood Window Commercial Restoration and Fabrication

Blind Eye Restoration was hired in 2021 for a commercial restoration tax credit project in Marion, Indiana that encompassed all the windows in two historic apartment buildings. In total it was over 550 windows, with over 100 of those being historically appropriate new fab wood windows to infill where originals were missing. The styles of windows were across the board from oversized double hung windows, arched casements, multi-lite leaded windows, french casements, and beyond. Our team was able to build, refinish, repair, weatherstrip, and make operable all of those windows within the tax credit deadline.
